New Features in December 2023

Login Screen

UKG Dimensions has recently changed the name of its application to UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM).

Only the name has changed. You will continue to enjoy the same features and user-friendly interface that you've come to expect from UKG.

The new name is reflected on the UKG Login screen.

Time-off Status

A new option has been added to the clocks and application that allows you to view the status of time-off request(s).

From the Clock:

1. Select Time Off Request Status and tap Submit.
2. Enter appropriate Start and End dates, then tap Submit.
   
   
3. Review time-off request details from the screen that displays.

Note: Tap the information icon  to view additional information

From the Application:

1. From the Main Menu , select My Information > My Calendar.
2. Select the Requests Tab.
3. View the status next to each request.

Delegation Dataview

A new Delegation Dataview has been added to collect, organize, and evaluate delegation information.  The new “Delegation Report” Dataview can be found in the “Other” category in the Dataview Library.

• The Delegation Report Dataview provides visibility into:
  • Delegator: The person who sent the request to delegate their manager role.
  • Delegated To: The person who received the request.
  • Time Period: The Start Date and End Date of the requested coverage period.
  • Status: The current status of the delegation request such as Pending, Current, and Deleted statuses.

Attestation Punch Tile

The Punch tile menu has been updated from a drop-down list to a list of available punch-option buttons from which the user can select.

This decreases the number of clicks for the user.

Manager Attestation Missed Punch Request

When a manager approves or refuses a missed punch request, a Comment and Note option is available to add to the pending request. 

This option is available from either the employee's Timecard page or from the Control Center Notification panel.
