Downloading the UKG Pro Mobile App
This job aid explains how to download and install the UKG Pro app in your mobile device.
Download the app:
From the Apple App store:
- In the App store, search for UKG Pro.
- Tap the UKG Pro app and tap Get.
- Open the App in your Apple device to launch it.
Note: Enable location services if you clock in and out using mobile.
From the Google Play store:
- Search for UKG Pro.
- Install and then Open to launch the UKG Pro app.
Note: Enable location services if you clock in and out using mobile.
When first accessing the UKG Pro app:
Do one of the following:
- Enter https://mascocorp.prd.mykronos.com in the Tenant URL field.
- Select Scan from the Settings screen and scan the QR code below:
Note: Use your Workday Employee ID number in the Username field.
The Default Password is:
- UKGdimensionsYY! (YY being the current year)
