Review My Notifications

This job aid explains how you review notifications such as the status of your time off requests using the Control Center.

Control Center Overview:

Control Center is your messaging inbox, and it is easily accessible from anywhere in the system.

  • Notifications Icon - A Bell Icon is visible and persistent at the top-right corner of every page in the system. The number next to the icon indicates the number of new notifications in the Control Center that requires your attention.
  • Control Center Panel - Selecting the bell icon brings up the Control Center panel which lets you preview new items and expose quick actions.

To mark a notification as read:

  1. Select the Notifications icon  . The Control Center panel opens.
  2. Review your notifications and select Mark Read to mark a request as read and ­­­dismiss it from Control Center.

To open a request:

You can view and act on requests that appear in the Control Center panel.

  1. From the Control Center panel, select the Go To icon. The My Calendar page will open.
  2. Select the Requests tab on the right-side of the page.
  3. You can cancel a request from this page by selecting the More icon  and choosing Cancel Request
