Downloading the Mobile App
This job aid explains how to download and install the UKG Solutions app in your mobile device.
Download the app:
From the Apple App store:
- In the App store, search for UKG Dimensions.
- Tap the UKG Dimensions app and tap Get.
- Open the App in your Apple device to launch it.
Note: Enable location services if you clock in and out using mobile.
From the Google Play store:
- Search for UKG Dimensions.
- Install and then Open to launch the UKG Dimensions app.
Note: Enable location services if you clock in and out using mobile.
When first accessing the UKG Dimensions app:
Do one of the following:
- Enter https://corp-uat.npr.mykronos.com in the Tenant URL field.
- Select Scan from the Settings screen and scan the QR code below:
Note: Use your Employee ID number in the Username field.
Default Passwords are:
- If hired before January 1, 2022: corp2021
- If hired on or after January 1, 2022: corp2022
