Daily Workflow for Managers

As a Manager, it is recommended that you log in to Dimensions every day to resolve timecard exceptions, maintain employees' current schedule when necessary, and respond to requests for time off.

Click the links to learn more about the tasks you must perform daily in Dimensions.

  1. Log In - Log into Dimensions from your computer using the credentials provided to you. To log in to Dimensions, click here.

  1. Review / Resolved Timecard Exceptions - Click the bell icon to open the Control Center panel to view Timecard exceptions and resolve as appropriate. Timecard exceptions may include marking an exception as reviewed, adding a paycode to resolve an unexcused absence, or adding missed punches. To learn more, click here.

  2. Maintain Schedules - Open the current Schedule from Schedule > Current Schedule and review the schedule for all your direct wage associates. Make edits to the shifts as necessary, such as schedule planned transfers, perform group scheduled edits, and modify shifts. To learn more, click here.

  3. Respond to Time-off Requests - Use the My Notifications tile from the Home page to view and respond to requests for time off. To learn more, click here.
