Access the Attendance Details Page
This job aid explains how to access the Attendance page and employee Attendance Details.
To access the Attendance Page:
From the Home Page , locate the Manage Attendance tile and do one of the following:
- Select an employee from the Go to Attendance Details for drop-down list, then select Go.
- Select Go to Attendance.
To access the Attendance Page from the Main Menu:
- Select the Main Menu
icon.
- Select Time > Attendance.
To access an employee’s Attendance Details:
To access the Attendance Page from the Home Page:
- From the Manage Attendance tile on the Home Page choose an employee from the Go to Attendance Details for list.
- Select Go.
To access Attendance Details from the Attendance Page:
- From the Attendance page, select the check box to the left of an employee name or choose several employees by checking multiple boxes.
- Select Attendance Details.
To manually run the Attendance Processor:
Note: These steps outline how to manually run the attendance processor for those who process attendance at each business unit only.
- From the Attendance page, select the check box next to the name of the employee whose attendance rules you want to apply and then select Attendance Details.
- From the Attendance Details page, select Apply Rules.
