Request Time Off

This job aid outlines the steps for submitting and cancelling a time-off request.

To request time off:

To open the Request Time Off form do one of the following:

  • From the TOR with View of Main Balances tile on the Home page, select Time-Off Request.
  • From My Calendar, select New Request > Time-off.

Accessing the time off request form from either the Home page or My Calendar 
  1. Select the start date of your request from the calendar.
  2. Select the end date of your request from the calendar.

  1. Select a Pay Code from the list.
  2. Enter the start time of your requested time off in the Start hours field.
  3. Enter the number of hours you are requesting off in the Duration field.
  4. Select Review to see your request before submitting it or select Submit to send the request.

To cancel a request from My Calendar:

  1. From the Home page, select the Main Menu > My Information > My Calendar.
  2. Select the Requests tab.
  3. Select a request. 
  4. Select the More actions icon. 




  5. Select Cancel Request

To cancel a request from the My Notifications tile:

  1. On the Home page, from the My Notifications tile, select My Requests
  2. Select a request. 
  3. Select Cancel.
  4. (Optional) Enter comments and notes.
  5. Select Cancel Request
  6. Select Done.
