Request Time Off
This job aid outlines the steps for submitting and cancelling a time-off request.
To request time off:
To open the Request Time Off form do one of the following:
- From the TOR with View of Main Balances tile on the Home page, select Time-Off Request.
- From My Calendar, select New Request > Time-off.
- Select the start date of your request from the calendar.
- Select the end date of your request from the calendar.
- Select a Pay Code from the list.
- Enter the start time of your requested time off in the Start hours field.
- Enter the number of hours you are requesting off in the Duration field.
- Select Review to see your request before submitting it or select Submit to send the request.
To cancel a request from My Calendar:
- From the Home page, select the Main Menu
> My Information > My Calendar.
- Select the Requests tab.
- Select a request.
- Select the More actions icon.
- Select Cancel Request.
Important: Cancellation is immediate; you are not prompted to confirm.
- Submitted requests become Cancel Submitted.
- Approved requests become Cancel Approved.
To cancel a request from the My Notifications tile:
- On the Home page, from the My Notifications tile, select My Requests.
- Select a request.
- Select Cancel.
- (Optional) Enter comments and notes.
- Select Cancel Request.
- Select Done.
Important: Cancellation is immediate; you are not prompted to confirm.
- Submitted requests become Cancel Submitted.
- Approved requests become Cancel Approved.
