Dimensions Login Process for SSO Users

For employees that are set up to log into Dimensions using the Single Sign On process (Active Directory Account required).

1. Select SSO Login at the bottom of the login page (PC, Mobile or Tablet).

Please Note: The Dimensions “Forgot my password” option will no longer be valid with SSO account, follow policy to reset Network Password (if needed).

2. Select Active Directory Account (if prompted) to login and follow SSO business process.
