Access Employee Schedules

This job aid and supporting video explains how to access employee schedules and provides and overview of the Schedule Planner.
Access Schedules:
- From your Home page, locate the Manage Schedule tile.
- Employees will be displayed in different categories: Starting within x minutes/hours; Missing: employees scheduled and not punched in; Leaving: shift ending within x minutes/hours.
- Select Full Schedule at the bottom of the tile to access the Current Schedule.
Change the Schedule View:
- By Default, you will see the schedules organized By Employee.
- Select the Employee Name column to sort employees in alphabetical order or reverse.
- To change the view, click the By Employee menu, and select By Schedule Group.
Change the Time Period:
- Click the Timeframe
- Select the desired time period from the list. If not available, click Select Range at the bottom of the list.
- Pick the desired range of dates and then select Apply.
- If you selected multiple weeks, you will be able to move from week to week using the date headers.
